Mail Rejection: All incoming mail is subject review. The mail containing any of the following will be rejected and returned to sender or placed in the inmate’s property and returned to him/her upon release:

Content showing or depicting sexual acts, nudity, derogatory, defamatory, or obscene material, gang related activities or criminal activities

Excessive amounts of photocopies or printed material

Stickers, lipstick, glitter, whiteout, glued items, adhesives (such as tape), bodily fluids, crayon, or glitter pens

Legal mail is searched in the presence of the inmate during delivery
